Hello, I'm Melissa. Welcome to my holistic healing space, where my passion for wellness and deep desire to guide others toward balance and healing come together.

I'm based in the heart of Peebles, Scotland, and my journey began over a decade ago, driven by my love for helping others reconnect with their true selves

​I began my career in beauty therapy, working with prestigious spas like De Vere, where I honed my skills and passion for healing through touch.

​

In my quest for a deeper understanding of healing, I traveled to Greece, working in spas that were deeply connected to the beauty of nature. It was here that I discovered the serenity of the natural world, which expanded my knowledge of holistic wellness.

Upon returning, I was drawn to the Japanese art of Reiki, an energy-healing technique that balances the mind, body, and spirit to promote overall wellness.

 

Reiki transformed my approach to healing, enabling me to offer deeper, more holistic care. This inspired me to further my studies in reflexology, an alternative therapy that uses pressure on specific points of the feet to induce relaxation and support the body’s natural healing, much like acupressure and acupuncture.

​My travels across the UK and Europe deepened my connection with the natural wonders of the world. These experiences inspired me to bring the healing energy of Mother Earth into my practice.

 

Motivated by a deep desire to share this nurturing energy, I created my holistic space in Forest, a sanctuary where nature’s tranquility meets transformative healing. Here, I offer a range of treatments that honour the mind, body, and spirit, bringing the earth’s grounding energy into your life and home.
