Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.If you wish to add additional treatments, courses or purchase products, these can be arranged and paid for on the day of your appointment. If you are unable to attend your booking, please contact your therapist as soon as possible. While refunds are not available once a booking has been made, an alternative date may be offered if discussed at least 4 days prior to your appointment. If you would like to gift your treatment to someone else, this can be arranged, but must be agreed with your therapist in advance of your booking date. Please inform your therapist before booking if you have any allergies, medical conditions or learning adaptations that we should be aware of. By placing a booking, you confirm that you have provided all relevant information and agree to these terms.
